Ronald Duane Jepson

Ronald D. Jepson 76, of Chippewa Falls, town of Tilden, died suddenly on Friday, April 12, 2024 at his residence.

Ron was born September 5, 1947 in Pine Island, MN, the son of Walter and Ione (LaBelle) Lee. He worked as an inspection technician for IBM and then was a self-employed machinist.

On March 30, 1968, Ron married Rosemary Price at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Rose Creek, MN. He was a member of Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls.

Ron is survived by his wife, Rosemary; one son, Michael of Pine Island, MN; three daughters, Elizabeth (Deacon Kevin) DeCook of Chippewa Falls, Rebbecca (Glen) Deering of Lockhart, TX, and Amy (Chris) Jessen of Pine Island, MN; three sisters, Judy Renaux of Florida, Jackie Block of Rochester, MN and Terri Larsen of Decorah, Iowa; 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Keith and Larry Jepson; three sisters, Patricia Nelson, Shirley Levy and Marsha Stephen; and one great granddaughter, Alexandra DeCook.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 19 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls. The Very Rev. Jesse Burish will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Interment will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery in Rose Creek, MN at 2:45 p.m. Friday, April 19.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 19 at the church.

In lieu of flowers or trees, Mass Intentions would be appreciated by the family.
