Carol A. LeDuc, 81, of Chippewa Falls, town of Wheaton, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Eau Claire. 

She was born October 23, 1943, in Providence, Rhode Island, to the late Thomas and Olga (Bok) Fisher, the oldest of three children.

Carol graduated from Rhode Island College, class of 1965.

She married Theodore J. LeDuc on July 2, 1966, in Garden City, Rhode Island.  Together they farmed in the town of Wheaton. 

She taught in the Chippewa Falls School System for over 50 years. She was a member of Notre Dame Church.

Carol is survived by her husband, Ted; and her two sons: Bob (Sherri) and Tim (Hunter); and her two grandsons: Jack and Andy; as well as her brother, Thom Fisher; and her sister, Mary Crudale.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents.

The family would like to thank Mayo Clinic Health System and Oakwood Health Services and their wonderful staff for taking the best care of Carol.  

Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, October 13 at Notre Dame Church, Chippewa Falls. Inurnment will be in Hope Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 13 until the time of services at 11:30 a.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to the Chippewa Falls Public Library.

AFTER SERVICE NOTICE:

Funeral services for Carol A. LeDuc were held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, October 13 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls.

Rev. Daniel Sedlacek was celebrant of the funeral Mass assisted by Mass server, Mark Krejci. Inurnment was in Hope Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

Music during the Mass was provided by Sue Van de Loo and Carolyn Weibel. Readings were given by Andy and Jack LeDuc.

Urn bearers were Bob and Tim LeDuc, and Andy and Jack LeDuc.
