Carol J. Waldusky Obituary

Carol J. Waldusky, 89, of Chippewa Falls, died peacefully Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family under the care of St. Croix Hospice.


                Carol was born July 13, 1936 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Wilfred “Hank” and Edith (Geist) Bourget.


                On June 20, 1959, Carol married Wayne Waldusky at St. Rose of Lima Church in Cadott.


                Carol was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church, Catholic Women’s club, and was very devoted to her faith. She enjoyed gardening, reading, word search puzzles, and spending time with the ladies through the years for their Monday morning coffee. Most of all, she cherished spending time with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.


                Carol is survived by her children: Kimberly (Mark) Amelse, Michael (Debra) Waldusky and Thomas (Karie) Waldusky all of Chippewa Falls; grandchildren: Erica Waldusky, Samuel Waldusky, Allison (Nate) Butler, Benjamin Waldusky, Nicholas Amelse, Austin Amelse, and Adam Waldusky; great grandchildren: Zariah Cole, Alaina Butler and Brooks Butler; along with nieces, nephews, and other relatives and dear friends.


                Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne on December 28, 2017; her parents; brothers, James, William in infancy, and Robert; and sister, Elizabeth “Betty” Henning.


                Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 2nd at St. Charles Church in Chippewa Falls. Rev. Timothy Oudenhoven will be celebrant of the funeral Mass Interment will be in Brooklawn Cemetery in the town of Sigel.


                Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 2nd at the church


                The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at St. Croix Hospice for their wonderful care and kindness.


AFTER SERVICE NOTICE:


Funeral services for Carol J. Waldusky were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 2 at St. Charles Church in Chippewa Falls.


                Rev. Timohty Oudenhoven was celebrant of the funeral Mass assisted by Mass servers, Matt Amundson and Ron Bresina. Interment was in Brooklawn Cemetery in the town of Sigel.


                Music during the Mass was provided by Curstin Lynch and the St. Charles Funeral Choir. Readings were given by Allison Butler and Erica Waldusky. Gift bearers were Alaina and Brooks Butler and Zariah Cole.


                Casket bearers were Austin and Nicholas Amelse, Nate Butler, Adam, Benjamin and Samuel Waldusky.
