Cathleen A. Coyle, 72, of Chippewa Falls, died Monday, January 6, 2025 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.

                Cathy was born January 5, 1953 in Waukesha, the daughter of Arthur and Kathryn (McCormick) Nelson.

                On December 9, 1976, Cathy married Mark Coyle in Millington, TN.

                Cathy was an amazing painter, learning under Sister Marileo of Notre Dame in the art room at McDonell, where she met her dear friend, Mary Helen and decades of teaching under Hugh Mandelert. She also enjoyed textiles, weaving and mosaic art. Cathy was proficient as a musician and gardener. She adored her family, grandchildren and friends. Cathy was kind and generous to everyone.

                Cathy is survived by one son, Ryan Coyle of Chippewa Falls; two daughters, Wendy (Joel) Glenz of Osseo and Elyssa (Tom Tumm) Coyle of Chippewa Falls; four brothers, Michael Jensen, Patrick Jensen, Timothy Jensen and Brian (Christine) Jensen all of Waukesha; one sister, Denise Jensen of Chippewa Falls; and 7 grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

                Cathy was preceded in death by her husband, Mark on January 1, 2023 we are at peace knowing she is now with him; her parents; two brothers, James Jensen and Dana Zellner; and a sister, Chris Manglos.

                Funeral services will be held at Noon Friday, January 17 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls. The Very Rev. Jesse Burish will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

                Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services at Noon Friday, January 17 at the church.

                Funeral services for Cathleen A. Coyle were held at Noon Friday, January 17 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls.

                The Very Rev. Jesse Burish was celebrant of the funeral Mass assisted by Mass server, Matt Elstran. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

                Music during the Mass was provided by Nancy Haley and Beth Martinek. Readings were given by Denise Jensen.

                Casket bearers were Jonathon Audorff, Nick Gerrits, Brett Mahoney, Tim McCormick, Aaron Peloquin and Matt Potts.
