Constance “Connie” K. Liddell, 73, of Chippewa Falls, town of Wheaton, died Friday, June 7, 2024 at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield.   

                Connie was born August 21, 1950 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Robert and Lorraine (Wasley) Fliehr. She worked at the Northern Center for the Developmentally Disabled.

                Connie enjoyed reading romance novels, watching wildlife, collecting hippos; the Hallmark Channel and most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

                Connie is survived by her daughter, Shannon Liddell of Chippewa Falls; two brothers, Randy (Marsha) Fliehr of Chippewa Falls and Patrick Fliehr of Eau Claire; one sister, Tammy (Bill) Nazer of Chippewa Falls; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

                Connie was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jerry Fliehr and one sister, Susan Shipley.  

                A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 25 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Chippewa Falls. Pastor Karen Behling will be officiating. Inurnment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

                Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25 at the church

AFTER SERVICE NOTICE: 

                A Memorial service for Constance “Connie” K. Liddell was held at 11 a.m. at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Chippewa Falls.

                Pastor Karen Behling officiated at the service and at the prayers of inurnment in Forest Hill Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

                Music during the service was provided by Sue Johnson.

                Urn bearer was Randy Fliehr.

                There was a Nurse’s Honor Guard prior to the service.
