Cristhian N. Rivera-Salguero

Cristhian N. Rivera-Salguero, 38, of Chippewa Falls, village of Lake Hallie, died in her sleep on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at her residence.

            Cristhian was born March 30, 1984 in Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, Mexico, the daughter Factor and Maria (Salguero) Rivera.

            Cristhian was a manager at Max’s Bistro with her family. She was a member of Notre Dame Church.

            Cristhian is survived by her parents; maternal grandma, Eliadora Pablo; one brother, Hugo (Eleison) Rivera of Chippewa Falls; two sisters, Kalinn Rivera of Chippewa Falls and Amayrani (Tim) Lorenz of Onalaska; nieces and nephews, Myiah, Bella and Sebastian Rivera; and other relatives and friends.

            Cristhian was preceded in death by paternal grandpa, Rutilo Rivera; paternal grandma, Benita Herrera; maternal grandpa, Fermin Salguero; aunt, Angelica Salguero; one sister, Jessica Rivera in infancy.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 21 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls. The Very Rev. Jesse Burish will be celebrant of the funeral Mass.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 at the Horan Funeral Home in Chippewa Falls and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.

AFTER SERVICE NOTICE:

Funeral services for Cristhian N. Rivera-Salguero were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 21 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls.

            The Very Rev. Jesse Burish was celebrant of the funeral Mass assisted by Mass server, Mark Birrittella.

            Music during the Mass was provided by Beth Martinek and Sue Van de Loo.

            Casket bearers were Josh Cronk, Aaron Fadness, Tim Lorenz, Gerrardo Morales, Hugo and Max Rivera.
