Dale E. Andersen, 71, of Chippewa Falls, town of Lafayette, died Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.

Dale was born September 17, 1954 in Eau Claire, the son of Carl “Ed” and Deloris “Dorye” (Arndt) Andersen.

On November 29, 1984, Dale married Judy Nicolai in Las Vegas, NV Dale served honorably in the US Army from 1976-1977. He was a welder for PDM Bridge in Eau Claire for many years. He loved his dog Lucy, collecting and fixing things, always tinkering, and always on the go.

Dale is survived by two sons, Greg (Laura) Andersen of Eau Claire and Jeremy Andersen of Rice Lake; daughter, Ashley Pawlicki-Andersen of Chippewa Falls; one brother, Terry Andersen of Eau Claire; two sisters, Kristine Polenz of Eau Claire and Kathy (Paul) Miezwa; and four grandchildren, Tessa, Rebecca, Natalie and Melanie.

Dale was preceded in death by his wife, Judy; his parents; and two brothers, David and Todd Andersen.

Funeral services will be held at Noon Tuesday, November 18th at Holy Ghost Church in Chippewa Falls. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Chippewa Falls. Military rites will be conducted by the Chippewa Falls Patriotic Council.

Visitation will be from 11 AM until the time of services at Noon on Tuesday, November 18th at the church.

Funeral services for Dale E. Andersen were held at Noon Tuesday, November 18th at Holy Ghost Church in Chippewa Falls.

Rev. Daniel Sedlacek was celebrant of the funeral Mass and officiated at the prayers of interment in Forest Hill Cemetery.

Music during the Mass was provided by Nancy Haley and Beth Martinek. Readings were given by Lynne Brill and Tim Strader. Gift bearers were Tammy Brill, Danielle Rihn and Nikki Winger.

Casket bearers were Marty Brill, Bill Jasper, Jeff Nicolai, Jeremy Place, Ryan Thomas and Brandon Winger.
