Doris A. Wellner, 97, of Chippewa Falls, died Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Chippewa Manor Nursing Home in Chippewa Falls.

                Doris was born March 27, 1928 in Marshfield, the daughter of George and Theresia (Soeller) Wellner, Sr.

                Doris was a self-employed truck driver for many years.

                Doris is survived by one son, Neal Wellner of Chippewa Falls; one brother, George (Joanne) Wellner, Jr. of Boyd; two sisters, Rose (James) Ebert of Boyd and Mae Boeger of Burlington; her aunt, Vi Mahr of Boyd; nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

                Doris was preceded in death by her parents; and four sisters, Waldina Wellner in infancy, Theresa Witt, Lorraine Foiles and Alice Saputo.

                A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 26 at Holy Family Cemetery in Stanley. Rev. William Felix will be officiating.
