Eugene Michael Ellis, 47, passed away on July 8, 2024, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.

He was born June 29, 1977, the son of David and Marianne (Wellner) Ellis.

He is survived by his parents, two sisters Becky Friederich and Jamie Ellis; niece, Cheyenne Maass; and nephews, Bradin Ellis and Luke Friederich.

For the past 19 years, he lived in Menomonie at Aurora Group Home where he received excellent care.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Irvine Park in his name.

A private interment was held at Copp Cemetery, town of Anson.

A Celebration of Life with Casual Attire will be held at Anson Town Hall in Jim Falls, on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from Noon – 2:00 p.m.
