Evelyn J Coonrod, 82, passed away peacefully at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

Evelyn was born April 17, 1943 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Walter and Christine (Jankus) Kiuberis.

She worked as an office manager before retiring. Known for her wit and humor, Evelyn was an accomplished artist, skilled in charcoal and paint; and enjoyed traveling the world on cruises with her husband, Jim. She was also a dedicated NASCAR, football, baseball, and golf fan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Coonrod; her daughter, Carrie Coonrod; her parents, Walter and Christine Kiuberis; their married siblings, Joseph and Beatrice Kiuberis, sisters, Barbara Gimber and Beatrice Mooney; and niece, Christine Gimber. 

Evelyn is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. She will be dearly missed, but she is now home with her heavenly Father and her loved ones who went before her.

Per Evelyn's wishes there will be no services.
