Gerald E. Brummond, 86, of Fall Creek, town of Lincoln, died Monday, April 13th, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his loving family under the care of Heartland Hospice.

                Gerald was born October 2, 1939 in Eau Claire, the son of William and Tobea (Zielsdorf) Brummond. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.

                On February 23, 1962, Gerald married Shirley M. Hallquist in Eau Claire. He worked as a car salesman for many years.

                Gerald is survived by his wife, Shirley; one son, Gerald (Darla) Brummond of New Auburn; three daughters, Julie (Ken) Taylor and Lisa Schneider both of Fall Creek and Sherry (Ron) Plumbo of Eau Claire; one sister, Rita Veitch of Eau Claire; 14 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

                Gerald was preceded in death by one son, Scott on August 4, 2023; his parents; two brothers, William and Walter Brummond; and three sisters, Joyce Mayer, Sandra Greer and Shirley Brummond.

                There will be no services. Inurnment will be in St. John’s Cemetery in Fall Creek, town of Lincoln.
