Harold J. Zaruba

Harold J. Zaruba, 57, of Chippewa Falls, died Thursday, July 15, 2021 at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

Harold was born January 9, 1964 in Chippewa Falls, the son of Victor and Helen (Ellis) Zaruba.

He worked as a carpenter for years.

Harold is survived by four sons, Charles Zaruba of Chippewa Falls, Andrew Kmiecial of Galesville, Jamie Kmieciak of Chippewa Falls and William (Danielle) Hatfield of Chippewa Falls; three daughters, Cara Zaruba of Mondovi, Brittany (Shane) Taylor of Augusta and Fawn (Aaron) Rapp of Chippewa Falls; his girlfriend, Laurie Nelson of Chippewa Falls; two brothers, Thomas Zaruba of Gilman and Tim (Beverly) Saunders of Chippewa Falls; three sisters, Kathleen Brown of Chippewa Falls, Grace (Jerry) Black of Holcombe and Jennifer (Don) Evitch of Cameron; and 16 grandchildren.

Harold was preceded in death by one daughter, Carrie Saunders; his parents; and two brothers, Kenny and Ginger Zaruba.

A Celebration of Life service will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 25 at Irvine Park in Chippewa Falls. Pastor Jim Gale will be officiating. Inurnment will be in Cornell Cemetery in the town of Cleveland.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 25 in Irvine Park.
