James D. Hickey, 85, of Chippewa Falls, died Sunday, February 1, 2026 at Dove Healthcare West in Eau Claire.

                James was born June 12, 1940 in Racine, the son of Eldon and Joyce (Moore) Hickey.

                James married Diane Glodosky at St. Charles Church. He was a member of the Fort Old Abe Muzzleloaders Club and Notre Dame Church.

                James is survived by his wife, Diane; three sons, Mark of Stanley, David (Ronda) of Arcadia, and Brian of Altoona; one sister, Julie (Jim) Hall of Chippewa Falls; and one granddaughter, Serena Hickey.

                James was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Michael.

                Inurnment will be in Hope Cemetery at a later date.
