James W. Unser

James W. Unser, 66, of Chippewa Falls, died suddenly on Friday, March 1, 2024 at his home in Chippewa Falls.

                Jim was born January 28, 1958 in Pennsylvania, the son of William and Charlotte Unser.

                Jim was a Lake Holcombe Flowage Guide for Paradise Shores and did maintenance as well.

                Jim was a tremendous pencil artist, and enjoyed motorcycles, rock & roll music, and horseshoes., but most of all he really loved his granddaughter, Phoenix.

                Jim is survived by one daughter, Crystal Unser of Chippewa Falls; one sister, Kimberly (Chuck) Hillman of Winneconne; and one granddaughter, Phoenix.

                Jim was preceded in death by his parents.

                A Memorial service will be held at Noon on Thursday, March 7 at the Horan Funeral Home in Chippewa Falls. Deacon Dan Rider will be officiating. Inurnment will be in Rumery Cemetery in the town of Wheaton.

                Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services at Noon on Thursday, March 7 at the funeral home.
