Jesse I. Rihn

Jesse I. Rihn, 39, of Chippewa Falls, died Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving wife, Amanda and daughter, Keryne under the care of St. Joseph’s Hospice.

            Jesse was born November 23, 1982 in Bloomer, the son of David and Theresa (Markee) Rihn. He graduated from Bloomer High School in 2001.

            On October 5, 2018, Jesse married Amanda Dawson at Central Lutheran Church in Chippewa Falls.

            Jesse had worked as a CNA at Wissota Place and was a forklift operator for Fleet Farm. He was a member of Cornerstone Apostolic Church.

            Jesse enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going on numerous Freedom Rides AKA dog rescues, and fostering dogs. He was a kind loving man who would drop everything to help anyone out. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends.

            Jesse is survived by his wife, Amanda; one daughter, Keryne of Chippewa Falls; mother, Theresa (Al) DeRusha of Bloomer; one brother, Matt (Nina) Rihn of Madison; four sisters, Tammy (John) Pichler, Becky Rihn (Jamie Pecha), Jaime (Chris) O’Connell and Kelly (Dustin) Hengst all of Bloomer; his in-laws, Suzanne (Brian) Stark of Cadott and Burle (Stacy) Dawson of Eau Claire; grandparents-in-law, Tom (Janet) Mazur of Chippewa Falls and Burle (Carolee) Dawson of Ozark, AL; step grandma, Betty Rihn; stepmother, Rosabel Nesja; sisters-in-law, Audrey (Ryan) Rivenberg of Winona, MN and Samantha (Matt) Quirk; nieces and nephews, Montana, Ali, Nic, Austin, Carter, River, Jonny, Kenna, Jackson, Chloe, Silas, Amelia, Urijah, Amiyah, Mabel, Drew, Jaxson and Adalyn; many aunts and uncles and other relatives and friends.

            Jesse was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Robert and Mary Markee; paternal grandparents, John Rihn and Margaret Semingson; his father, David Rihn; and one brother, Keith Rihn.

            A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 15 at Cornerstone Apostolic Church at 110 Independence Dr. in Elk Mound. Pastor Roy Clickner will be officiating. Inurnment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

            Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 14 at Cornerstone Apostolic Church in Elk Mound.
