Joan C. McVinnie

            Joan C. McVinnie, 80, of Chippewa Falls, died Sunday, November 14, 2021 at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

            Joan was born September 22, 1941 in Eau Claire, the daughter of John “Jack” B. and Caroline (Lane) Krumenauer.

            On September 30, 1961, Joan married Jack McVinnie at St. Bridget’s Catholic Church in the town of Seymour. She was a member of Holy Ghost Church.

            Joan worked at McDonald’s for 30 years where she was a cashier.

            Joan is survived by her husband, Jack; one son, David McVinnie of Chippewa Falls; and one brother, John (Sandra) Krumenauer of Chippewa Falls.

            Joan was preceded in death by her parents.

            Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Thursday, November18 at Holy Ghost Church in Chippewa Falls. Rev. Brandon Guenther will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Interment will be in St. Bridget’s Cemetery in the town of Seymour.

            Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of services at Noon on Thursday, November 18 at the church.

AFTER SERVICE NOTICE: 

            Funeral services for Joan C. McVinnie were held at 12 Noon Thursday, November 18, at Holy Ghost Church in Chippewa Falls.

            Rev. Brandon Guenther was celebrant of the funeral Mass and officiated at the prayers of interment in St. Bridget’s Cemetery in the town of Seymour.

            Music during the Mass was provided by Judy Brist.

            Casket bearers were Dan Bresina, Bill, Jason and Rob Krumenauer, Joel and Rob McVinnie.
