Joseph R. Thibedeau, 56, of Chippewa Falls, village of Lake Hallie, died Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at his residence with his family by his side under the care of St. Croix Hospice.

                Joseph was born October 10, 1967 in Chippewa Falls, the son of Roy and Gladys (Jasper) Thibedeau. He was the owner of J & J RV Sales in Chippewa Falls.

                Joseph enjoyed camping, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

                Joseph is survived by one son, Levi Thibedeau of Chippewa Falls; significant other, Dani Schaefer of Chippewa Falls; one brother, Bob (Karmin) of Eau Claire; one sister, Jeanne Thibedeau of Jim Falls; one granddaughter, Olivia Thibedeau; many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

                Joseph was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Douglas Thibedeau; and three sisters, Debbie Thibedeau, Donna Thibedeau and Paula Thibedeau.

                A Memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 10 at the Horan Funeral Home in Chippewa Falls. Inurnment will be in Hope Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

                Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10 at the funeral home.

AFTER SERVICE NOTICE:

                A Memorial service for Joseph R. Thibedeau was held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 10 at the Horan Funeral Home.

                Rev. David Nowicki officiated at the service and at the prayers of Inurnment in Hope Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

                Urn bearers were Alex Fabian, Richie Hazelton, Nate and Riley Thibedeau.
