Joyce J. Travaglio, 94, of Chippewa Falls, died Friday, May 23, 2025 at the Chippewa Manor Nursing Home in Chippewa Falls.

                Joyce was born December 14, 1930 in Appleton, MN, the daughter of August and Sena (Lameyer) Westphal.

                On April 22, 1950, Joyce married Nicholas M. Travaglio at St. Bernadine Church in Forest Park, IL. She was a member of Holy Ghost Church.

                Joyce is survived by three sons, Nicholas Travaglio, Jr. (Jean) of Barron, Robert (Joanne) Travaglio and Peter (Julie) Travaglio both of Chippewa Falls; two daughters, Patricia Travaglio of Chippewa Falls and Michele Pederson of Chippewa Falls; one brother, Jerry (Anna) Westphal of New London, MN;  two sisters, Betty Hoffman of Twin Brooks, SD, and Theresa (Jon) Headley of Fridley, MN;  sister-in-law, Sylvia Westphal; 6 grandchildren, Lisa Paine, Erin Gunderson, Jennifer Luther, Linda and Andy Travaglio and McKenzie Pederson; step granddaughter, Stacey Chance; and great grandchildren, Shannon, Mia , Drake and Dario Gunderson, Asa, and Olivia Paine, Michael, Alex, and Elaina Travaglio and Silas Smith.

                Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas M. Travaglio on June 9, 2001; her parents; one brother, Larry Westphal; and one sister, Marlene Storm.

                Funeral services will be held at Noon Friday, May 30 at Holy Ghost Church in Chippewa Falls. Rev. Tim Oudenhoven will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Entombment will be in Hope Mausoleum in Chippewa Falls.

                Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until Noon Friday, May 30 at Holy Ghost Church in Chippewa Falls.

AFTER SERVICE NOTICE:

                Funeral services for Joyce J. Travaglio were held at Noon Friday, May 30, at Holy Ghost Church in Chippewa Falls.

                Rev. Tim Oudenhoven was celebrant of the funeral Mass and officiated at the prayers of entombment in Hope Mausoleum in Chippewa Falls.

                Music during the Mass was provided by Judy Brist. Readings were given by Tracy Clark and Jerry Westphal. Gift bearers were Drake and Dario Gunderson.

                Casket bearers were Tony Cappozzi, Tom and Asa Paine, Alex, Andy and Michael Travaglio.
