Judith K. Grzyb, 78, of Chippewa Falls, died peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at her residence under the care of Mayo Clinic Hospice.

Judy was born August 12, 1945 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of William and Maurietta (Niesen) Martin.

On October 1, 1966, Judy married Jack Grzyb. They were married for 19 years and later divorced.

Judy was a very kind, loving person who enjoyed being with her sisters, daughters, grandchildren and other family members and friends. She enjoyed going to her grandchildren’s sporting events. She always had an ear to listen to everyone and easy to talk to. We are glad she is at peace, but she will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Judy is survived by two daughters, Rhonda (John) Krista of Chippewa Falls and Pam Grzyb of Shakopee, MN; two sisters, Rita Erickson and Kathy (Dan) Eder both of Chippewa Falls; cousin, Len Bowe of Danville, CA; six grandchildren, Jack, Brett, Madolyn, Bennett, Adria and Grace; and nieces and nephew, Seth Eder, Nikki Sikkink, Renee Harms, and Lisa James.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers-in-law, Dan Small and Fred Erickson; one sister, Jean Small; and one niece, Jessica Eder.

Funeral services will be held at Noon on Wednesday, June 26 at St. Charles Church in Chippewa Falls. Rev. Msgr. Michael J. Gorman will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 26 until the time of services at Noon on Wednesday, June 26 at the church.

Funeral services for Judith K. Grzyb were held at Noon Wednesday, June 26 at St. Charles Church in Chippewa Falls.

Rev. Msgr. Michael J. Gorman was celebrant of the funeral Mass assisted by Mass servers, Steve Armstrong and Peter Murphy. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

Music during the Mass was provided by Abigail Lynch and the St. Charles Funeral Choir. Readings were given by Bennett and Madolyn Moore. Gift bearers were Adria and Grace Krista.

Casket bearers were Seth Eder, Brett, Jack and John Krista, Bennett Moore and Scott Sikkink.
