Lisa Marie (Buttke) Korn

Lisa M. Korn, 62, of Chippewa Falls, died Monday, September 16, 2024 at her residence under the care of Mayo Health and Hospice with her family by her side.

Lisa was born October 18, 1961 in Stanley, the daughter of LaVern and Mary Lou (Leicht) Buttke, Sr.

Lisa married Rodney Korn on September 20, 1980 at Central Lutheran Church in Chippewa Falls.

Lisa loved to fish, garden, sew, read books, and spend time with her family.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Rod; 3 sons, Joshua (Sara) Korn of Alabama, Andrew (Jenny) Korn of Baldwin, and Adam Korn of Austin, TX; her mother, Mary Lou Buttke of Cadott; 4 brothers, Lonnie (Betty) Buttke, Lucas (Agnes) Buttke, Loren (Debbie) Buttke, and Levi Buttke all of Cadott; 3 sisters, Luann Buttke of Rice Lake, Lona Jo (Zach) Volbrecht of Cadott, and LaVenia (Russel) Malecki of Cadott; and 3 grandchildren, Sam, Adelaide, and Axl.  

Lisa was preceded in death by her father, LaVern Buttke, Sr.; and 2 brothers, LaVern Buttke, Jr. and Leon Buttke.

Celebration of Life will be held from 4 PM to 7 PM Wednesday, September 25 at the Horan Funeral Home.

Inurnment will be at a later date.
