Marjorie E. Rhodes, 89, of Chippewa Falls, and formerly of the town of LaFayette, died Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Shorewood Landing Assisted Living in Shorewood, MN.

                Marjorie was born March 29, 1935 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of John M. and Eleanor I. (Erickson) White.               

                Marjorie worked as the Register in Probate for Eau Claire County serving the community for 25 years. She was a member of Notre Dame Church.

                Marjorie is survived by son, Michael (Karen) of Titusville, FL; daughter, Julie (Robin) Rhodes-Berg of Chanhassen, MN; and two grandchildren, John and Andrew Rhodes.

                Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Jack and Ronnie White.

                Funeral services will be held at Noon Saturday, March 29 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls. Rev. David Nowicki will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

                Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of services at Noon on Saturday, March 29 at the church.

                In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to make a donation to the charity of your choice.

        AFTER SERVICE NOTICE:

                Funeral services for Marjorie E. Rhodes were held at Noon on Saturday, March 29 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls.

                Rev. David Nowicki was celebrant of the funeral Mass assisted by Mass server, Mark Krejci. Interment was in Hope Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.

                Music during the Mass was provided by Beth Martinek and Sue Van de Loo. Readings were given by Rhonda Wedemeyer.

                Casket bearers were Robin Berg Jr., Andrew Rhodes, Darrin Stroshal, Tim Wedemeyer, Mark White and Dean White.
