Roger L. Hoople

Roger L. Hoople, 72, of Holcombe, died Saturday, January 14, 2023 at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

                Roger was born February 11, 1950 in Wisconsin, the son of Louis and Mildred (Sherman) Hoople. He served honorably in the U.S. Air Force.

                On August 16, 1976, Roger married Carla Yeager at Holcombe Methodist Church. He worked for Ladysmith ADF for many years as a manager.

                Roger loved to hunt, fish, golf with his brothers and riding around with his wife, Carla.

                Roger is survived by his wife, Carla; three sons, Troy and Tim Hoople both of Eau Claire and Jason (Marci) Yeager of Holcombe; four brothers, Gene (Robin) of Hortonville, Bob of Amora, WI and Dan of Virginia and Randy (Sue) of Green Bay; two sisters, Nancy (Max) Wienert of Kaukauna and Joyce Siebel of Illinois and two grandchildren, Talon and Taye Yeager.

                Roger was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Ralph, Glen, Ray and Ken Hoople; and one sister, Beverly Hoople.

                Per Roger’s request there will be no services.
