Tonya Jo Jacobson

Tonya Jo Jacobson, 46, of Chippewa Falls, died Monday, March 23rd, 2026 at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau.

                Tonya was born July 20, 1979 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Joseph and Susan (Prosecky) Jacobson. She worked for Gordy’s and the Fill-Inn Station. She loved her cat and enjoyed sports.

                Tonya is survived by her mother, Susan Jacobson of Chippewa Falls; her father, Joseph (Bonnie) Jacobson of Chippewa Falls; two brothers, Tim (Debbie) Marion of Chippewa Falls and Anthony Jacobson of Black River Falls; and her cousin, Bethany Marion. 

                A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 6th at St. Bridget’s Church in the town of Seymour. Rev. Daniel Sedlacek will be celebrant of the Memorial Mass. Inurnment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery in the town of Arthur at a later date.

                Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 6th at the church.

AFTER SERVICE NOTICE:

A Memorial Mass for Tonya Jo Jacobson was held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 6th at St. Bridget’s Church in the town of Seymour.

Rev. Daniel Sedlacek was celebrant of the Memorial Mass.

Music during the Mass was provided by Erin Jackson. Readings were given by Shelly Diamond and Dawn Fleming.

Urn bearers were Josh Berg, Morgan Diamond, Ned and Paul Prosecky.
